Leadership Within

True leadership starts from within. The ability to manage and lead

your life-priorities is of critical importance in order to influence and add value to the people around you. Self-Leadership is an inside job and starts with the way we intentionally influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

7 Keys to Successful Self-Leadership:
1. “Knowing Your #Values:” Every decision we make – whether it is professional or personal – reflects our core set of individual values. When you recognize your core values - tough decisions are easily made. The first time I did my “core value exercise,” I personally an extremely uncomfortable process, it was one of the most illuminating and selected 5 out of 43 value cards, within three to four minutes. While this was unforgettable life experiences. From that day forward, I framed my mission the right choices in life or business as long as our values have been statement and core values, and still reflect upon them daily. The outcome was priceless! The exercise revealed we don’t have to think hard in order to make
to attract and repel certain individuals from their lives and organizations. established. Amazingly, we attract people with similar core values. Therefore, it behooves leaders to both crystallize and vocalize their core values in order
2. “Knowing Your #Purpose:” We’re all aware of the importance of “starting with the WHY.” Indeed, maintaining a crystal-clear purpose in life provides direction, saves time, energy and money. It also attracts the right people into your inner circle. A life driven by purpose, inspires leaders to serve and add value to the world. Conversely, a life without purpose, is analogous to reading a map in the dark; despite having the best of intentions, you’ll never reach your targeted destination.
3. “Knowing Your #Priorities:” I learned a long time ago, adding something to my priority list, ensures completion without excuses. A leader by definition is the person who leads or commands a everyone and be everywhere all the time. The number one lesson in

group, organization, or country. Therefore, leaders don’t exist to please self-leadership is the ability to say “No" to good, in order to say “Yes” to great opportunities.

Answering the following questions will help you create a synergistic alignment between your purpose, value, and priorities:
• Who do you spend most of your time with?
• Where are you going to invest your time and energy the most? And

why?

• What’s your ultimate purpose in life?
4. “Knowing Your #Strengths:” Have you identified your special and unique gifts? Objectively speaking, on a scale of 1-10, what areas in your life would you rate yourself an 8 or above? These are the areas that will bring the most value to your life and business. Knowing your special talents and gifts, will make you the most profit and generate substantial growth. Ever since I can remember, it’s been of paramount importance an aspiring servant leader, investing in my personal strengths, served as the to always stay laser-focused on my strengths versus my weaknesses. Dedicated leaders must constantly invest time in improving their degree of strength. As a catalyst, which led to becoming an expert in my field.
5. “Knowing Your #Weaknesses:” When it comes to making a decision, weakness is a serious impediment towards selecting an option. Our attitudes and habits must be intentional so as to execute necessary fast changes – with a no-excuse mindset. Weakened abilities are strengthened by investing in a good mentor or coach. Thus, allowing you the time to continue investing in your strengths. I strongly recommend working with performance to a degree that may not have been possible without one. Your a mentor or hiring a coach, one that will enable you to achieve higher levels return on investment will be 10x to 50x!
6. “Knowing What You #Love:” Love elevates the beauty within our lives. Love facilitates ease of servanthood to both the leader and within the organization. The key to effective leadership serving with a sense of purpose, rooted in loving what one does and produces. is loving to serve. Optimism, creativity, and endurance are the byproducts of.
7. “Knowing Your #Spiritual Needs:” Our bodies and minds require nourishment to operate at their fullest capacity. Similarly, it’s equally important that we tend to the spiritual component of ourselves as well. I believe the mind is the PowerStation generating electricity to the physical body. These electrical currents help transform you from surviving to thriving. You must work daily to recommend going to the main power source in prayer, and seeking the blessings keep your physical body fit and your spiritual sense renewed and refreshed. I and guidance from the One source which knows all things.
"We SPEND time, we PRIORITIZE tasks, and we MANAGE life. The

first person to lead is YOURSELF. The first thing to manage is your LIFE. The first area to focus on is your PURPOSE."

Die Empty ...

Recently just when I was surfing on the web I came across the book 'Die empty' -by Todd Henry. The title itself is unique and made me curious about what this book is all about. I have gone through the book and I found the concept quite amazing. I will try to summarize the book in short which I gain. The writer did his best to motivate people to pour out their ideas and potential energies in their communities and turn them into something useful before it is too late. The most beautiful of what he said in his book is that: "Do not go to your grave and you carry inside you the best that you have, always choose to die empty." Die empty is a new expression and unique in its own way, at first glance you will think it is normal. But I was surprised to know the true meaning of this new expression. It is to "die empty" of all the goodness that is within you. Deliver it before you leave this world. If you have knowledge give it out. If you have an idea

Action speaks louder than words ?

Let's start with the example of the founder of Tesla Elon Musk. He  has made more than 100 patents effectively “open source.” Goes against all “common sense.” But his actions speak louder than any words. Waste no words on a man who dislikes you. Actions will impress him more. Some people think they can talk their way out of any situation, and for a time they may be right But if someone already dislikes you, either because of a simple misunderstanding or an error in judgment on your part, he or she will be especially difficult to persuade with words. Their emotions will always get in the way of their ability to think logically and reasonably. Consistent actions over a sustained period of time, however, will usually persuade even the most devout skeptic. If you constantly demonstrate that you are a generous, kind, and caring person, it will be very hard for even your enemies to dislike you. In any case, you will become a better person for having made the effort.

What is your story ?

What Is Your Story? I remember my childhood was filled with my grandmother’s stories. I can recall every single one of them; remembering exactly how she would tell each story with her calm and warm voice. The lessons I learned from her stories still remain effective in my life. Back then, I used to believe in those stories, they had formed my reality. What is essential to understand now is that those were stories of my childhood, not my adulthood. Everything you attract into your life is a reflection of the story you believe and keep telling yourself. The stories we tell ourselves shape who we were, who we are, and who we will become. These stories shape our attitudes, beliefs, self-perception and so on. In life, there may be certain stories we like to tell ourselves repeatedly. It is important to understand that not all stories are meant for you and not all stories are true. It is possible for a story to be built on a lie or a fear. I call these stories fiction; they do not enhanc
