You Matter !!!

There are 7.4 billion people in our world; people of different colors, personalities, thoughts, and faiths. Not one person is exactly like another. Now, within this large variety of beautiful people in our world, what sets you apart?
Amongst everyone else, YOU MATTER BECAUSE...
1. You are wonderfully made… you’re exactly who you are meant to be.
2. You have #greatness within you… you're filled with unique talents, a splendid spirit, and unmatched potential.
3. You are a dealer in #hope… in times of trials and tribulations, your hope is contagious and lights the way for others.
4. You’re a #dream chaser… you dream bravely and act on them boldly.
5. You are a #risk taker... life is filled with opportunities for you, not excuses. Every opportunity is worth the risk.
6. You have a #purpose and #passion for life... with a crystal clear vision for your destination.
7. You are #responsible... for your family, community, and country.
8. You have a powerful #mind… you dare to imagine the unfathomable and act on the impossible.
9. You have a forgiving #heart… you purely human and care for the health of the heart, a true "servant leader".
10. You can make a profound difference... every step you take is #significant.
11. You have a #legacy to leave behind… the lives you touch will echo your name far after you're gone.
12. You matter to #God... He knew you before you were born and loves you eternally.
"I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born." Isaiah 44:2
You matter because you have a great message, you have a mission and an amazing story to impact the world. You matter every moment of your life, and you will live until you die. YES, YOU MATTER!

13. “Knowing What You #Love:” Love elevates the beauty within our lives. Love facilitates an ease of servanthood to both the leader and within the organization. The key to effective leadership is loving to serve. Optimism, creativity, and endurance are the byproducts of serving with a sense of purpose, rooted in loving what one does and produces.
“Everyone has the power for greatness, not for fame, because greatness is determined by service.” -Martin Luther King Jr.
14. “Knowing Your #Spiritual Needs:” Our bodies and minds require nourishment to operate at their fullest capacity. Similarly, it’s equally important that we tend to the spiritual component of ourselves as well. I believe the mind is the PowerStation generating electricity to the physical body. These electrical currents help transform you from surviving to thriving. You must work daily to keep your physical body fit and your spiritual sense renewed and refreshed. I recommend going to the main power source in prayer, and seeking the blessings and guidance from the One source which knows all things.

"We SPEND time, we PRIORITIZE tasks, and we MANAGE life. The first person to lead is YOURSELF. The first thing to manage is your LIFE. The first area to focus on is your PURPOSE."

Action speaks louder than words ?

Let's start with the example of the founder of Tesla Elon Musk. He  has made more than 100 patents effectively “open source.” Goes against all “common sense.” But his actions speak louder than any words. Waste no words on a man who dislikes you. Actions will impress him more. Some people think they can talk their way out of any situation, and for a time they may be right But if someone already dislikes you, either because of a simple misunderstanding or an error in judgment on your part, he or she will be especially difficult to persuade with words. Their emotions will always get in the way of their ability to think logically and reasonably. Consistent actions over a sustained period of time, however, will usually persuade even the most devout skeptic. If you constantly demonstrate that you are a generous, kind, and caring person, it will be very hard for even your enemies to dislike you. In any case, you will become a better person for having made the effort.

Die Empty ...

Recently just when I was surfing on the web I came across the book 'Die empty' -by Todd Henry. The title itself is unique and made me curious about what this book is all about. I have gone through the book and I found the concept quite amazing. I will try to summarize the book in short which I gain. The writer did his best to motivate people to pour out their ideas and potential energies in their communities and turn them into something useful before it is too late. The most beautiful of what he said in his book is that: "Do not go to your grave and you carry inside you the best that you have, always choose to die empty." Die empty is a new expression and unique in its own way, at first glance you will think it is normal. But I was surprised to know the true meaning of this new expression. It is to "die empty" of all the goodness that is within you. Deliver it before you leave this world. If you have knowledge give it out. If you have an idea ...

Leadership Within

True leadership starts from within. The ability to manage and lead your life-priorities is of critical importance in order to influence and add value to the people around you. Self-Leadership is an inside job and starts with the way we intentionally influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. 7 Keys to Successful Self-Leadership: 1. “Knowing Your #Values:” Every decision we make – whether it is professional or personal – reflects our core set of individual values. When you recognize your core values - tough decisions are easily made. The first time I did my “core value exercise,” I personally an extremely uncomfortable process, it was one of the most illuminating and selected 5 out of 43 value cards, within three to four minutes. While this was unforgettable life experiences. From that day forward, I framed my mission the right choices in life or business as long as our values have been statement and core values, and still reflect upon them daily. The out...
